This directory contains several self-contained standalone test
versions of the molecular electrostatics kernels described in
Chapter 4 of GPU Computing Gems Vol. 1.
The "mdh" kernel was originally developed as part of APBS:

The rest of the CUDA and OpenCL kernels were originally developed
as part of the molecular visualization program VMD:
  http://www.ks.uiuc.edu/Research/vmd/
